We'll work with you from the initial consultation to figure it out, and provide the option of in-house design services and/or custom architectural plans through our partner firm. Or, bring us your plans. Our process makes building or remodeling less complicated and easy to understand for your residential, commercial, or outdoor living space.
Our Process
With more than 20 years experience, we're the experts! Your job will be done right the first time, communicating closely with you at every step to see your vision realized. We can and do handle all aspects of design, selections, permitting, demolition, and construction.
Step 1
At our initial consultation, we will get a better understanding of your current situation and help you create your ideal space. We will take all appropriate measurements, suggest ideas, and give you the option to use our design team. This will help you to establish a budget, with an eye towards layouts, space sizes, finish selections, and an overall scope of work.
Step 2
If you choose to use our in-house design services, we will create for you a design with different options from which you can choose. We will meet with you to present our design to you, ensuring your understanding and answering your questions. The upfront charge for this design service is rolled into the cost of the project if you decide to go forward. Otherwise, the plans and design are yours to keep! You can also bring your plans if you already know what you want, skipping this step!
Step 3
Once we establish a design and scope of work, you can accept our proposal by signing a construction contract to move forward with your project.
Step 4
We will provide access to your customer portal, where you will be able to follow your project from start to finish. You will also have contact with the Project Manager in charge of your job.
Step 5
Your dream project is now underway. We'll take care of any preliminary work, and start construction!
